The Band Behind the Groove

Six musicians who show up prepared, play like they mean it, and make your job easier.

What You’re Hiring

Funk Around & Find Out is a five-piece built around a deep pocket rhythm section, commanding vocals, and a production setup that most bands at this level simply don’t carry. The sound bends to fit the song — funk, blues-rock, soul, whatever makes the arrangement hit hardest — but the groove and the energy stay locked in regardless.

Every musician is on wireless in-ear monitors. Every instrument except the drums runs direct-in. The drums are acoustic but tightly mic’d, and along with the vocals, they’re the only sound on stage. We carry our own 24-channel splitter, and depending on the gig, we either run fully self-contained with our own PA and engineer or split the signal to your house system and let your crew run front of house.

One person handles all advances, tech coordination, and day-of production communication. You deal with one point of contact who speaks your language.
